Custom OKI Heat Transfers 11x17

Please do your research on OKI and EZ Peel transfer paper prior to ordering as we are not responsible for any pressing errors. ACTUAL COLORS MAY DIFFER FROM THE PICTURE AS THE MONITOR/SCREEN ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE ACTUAL TRANSFER. This listing is for transfers only. It is your responsibility to know the sizes that are needed for the designs.  Designs will not be squeezed on the 11x17 sheet,  so please order correctly or the order will be refunded.  The number of designs that will fit onto one 11x17 is determined by the size that you need for the shirt. The smaller the design the more you can fit onto the 11x17 heat transfer. Please do not submit designs that are blurry because that is how the transfer will appear when you press it onto the garment. We do not correct images, whatever you send over is what will be used and must have a "TRANSPARENT " background.

If you mix your custom order with your ready to ship order the turnaround time for shipping out  is 7 business days.

If you upload the incorrect file (transparent PNG) your order will be put on hold until other orders are completed.

Transfer to Material Instructions:
Carefully remove the textile/substrate from the heat press and allow it to cool
completely before peeling away the heat transfer.  Only remove the transfer after it is absolutely cold and failure to do so will result in a faulty transfer.  Start from the corner with the most toner coverage and remove the heat transfer in a quick rapid motion (like ripping off a bandage).

YOU NEED TO USE A HEAT PRESS for a successful transfer. A house iron or Circuit press will not work for this process.

Pressing instructions:
First Press Time/Temp/Pressure
Cotton: 265-285F - 30 sec - med pressure
50/50: 265-285F - 30 sec - med pressure
Polyester: 265F - 20 sec - med pressure
Cardboard: 230F - 10 sec - med pressure: 
Book Covers: 230F - 15 sec - med pressure

To ensure washability and a matte finish, repress your textile/substate with a piece of parchment paper for 20 seconds and at the same temperature you used from the first press chart listed above.  The pressure should be bumped up too heavy.  If you desire a more shiny finish, use a Teflon sheet instead of parchment paper.

Care Instructions:
Cold wash on a delicate cycle.  Use a low dryer setting or hang dry.  Use a delicate detergent (All Free and Clear).  Cover the heat transfer with a Teflon sheet while ironing.  Do Not use fabric softener. We recommend hang drying (not required) to prolong the longevity of the transfer.

Storage Instructions:
Please store any unused transfers away from any dust, excessive heat or moisture.  It is best to store them in a box or ziplock bag to prevent the transfers from getting bent or scratched.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not allow returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order! It is your responsibility to look over the prints before pressing.
