What’s the preparation process before I receive my heat transfer?
The 'A" sheet is what accepts the Toner from the printer. This is designed to take the toner and prep it for the "B" Sheet. The "B" Sheet is essentially the adhesive that will allow the toner to adhere to the garment and uphold to washes. Once the image is printed a heat press is used to 'Marry' the A and B sheets to make them into one heat transfer. Once 'Married' you can use the transfer immediately or store for later use. 

How do I wash my garment after being pressed with an OKI heat transfer?
It’s recommended to use a gentle detergent (All Free and Clear).  Wash on a delicate cycle making sure not to use any fabric softener.  Tumble dry on a low heat but hanging dry is recommended to prolong the longevity of the heat transfer. 

Can I get wholesale prices on bulk orders?
No

Can I add to a previous order?
In order to keep confusion down, you can not add to an existing order.

What can I do if I haven’t received my package?
Please log into your account, under your order you will find the tracking #, if there is no tracking # that means your order has not shipped yet (we ship 5 business days of your order being placed).

What do I need to do if my package is damaged? 
You would need to go to www.usps.com/domestic-claims and follow their instructions. Once the package leaves Donna Designz, LLC we are no longer responsible for the heat transfers. 

You can copy your tracking # and go to https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input to see the expected delivery date. Unless you specify otherwise all orders are shipped priority mail  which takes 1-3 business days.

PLEASE NOTE *Once package has been scanned by delivery service for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between buyer and the shipping company.*

Can I use an iron or Cricut Easy press for these heat transfers?
No, only a heat press can be use for these transfers. We do not guarantee that any other press will work.

Can I pay for rush shipping?
Yes, if you need your order shipping before the timeframe given on the disclaimer listed under each transfer. There would be a one$15 rush fee for custom work and a $3.75 fee per sheet for rush production. 
(Ex: $15+$15+3.75 = $33.75 for 1 sheet) 

Can I pay for overnight shipping?
Yes, if you need your transfers sooner than the timeframe given you can email support for another option for quicker shipping.
