I ordered three things from this site and only receive one. My other two items came as banner pictures. I reached out, ask for working links for my products. I was given instructions to refresh my screen and try again. The links did not work. So I reached out again and asked for working links. I did not want a refund, still don't want to refund, I only want what I paid for, but LaDonna never responded to me again. I even reached out on Facebook Messenger, no response. It has now been about 16 days since I placed my order, from day one I've been asking for help to receive my other two products and I've got nothing. LaDonna is a very talented person and I would have ordered again but not out to this experience. The most frustrating part about this whole situation is that I see her online everyday, posting every day, and she has not given me the common courtesy to respond to any of my emails or messages sent through Facebook. Like I said earlier, I do not want to refund, I just want working links to what I paid for.
